By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Sentinel is a pre-launch product and these terms cover the marketing website and the free historical audit inquiry, not a commercial software agreement.

The audit is offered as an informational evaluation. Any figures, findings, or estimates we share are provided to help you assess Sentinel and do not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice. A separate written agreement will govern any paid engagement.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in any way other than through the interface we provide. The content, branding, and design of this site are owned by Sentinel and may not be copied without permission.

The site and any audit materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. As a pre-launch product, features and information are subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any audit materials.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
