This policy explains what information Sentinel (“we,” “us”) collects when you use our website and request a free historical audit, and how we handle it. Sentinel is a pre-launch product; our data practices are intentionally minimal.

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit the audit request form, we collect your name, company, work email, approximate unit count, and any optional message. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your information.

We use this information solely to respond to your request, schedule a read-only audit, and communicate with you about Sentinel. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site and deliver your request: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (transactional email delivery). These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

We keep audit requests for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've shared with us by contacting simmy@yogi-consulting.com.

The site does not set advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and secure the service. We do not run cross-site tracking.

The site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and we will not reduce your rights under this policy without notice.
